Our Peru Decaf is sourced from small-scale farmers in the high-altitude regions of Piura and Amazonas — grown between 1,100–1,700 meters where cooler temps slow the cherry's development and deepen its flavor.

Expect a smooth, full-bodied cup with notes of caramel and bright citrus, decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process — no chemicals, just pure coffee the way it was meant to taste.
